How 10hub works for a contractor

What you are buying, what beta means, where your data lives · Last updated August 2026

What you are buying

A free account, and a subscription of $79 a month (the first 150 contractors are founding members at $79 and keep it; after them it is $350) that opens five estimators in contractor mode on one California residential rate book: kitchen & bath, paint, windows & doors, HVAC and roofing. Each has a 30-second ballpark, the full line-by-line estimator with contingency, sales tax, overhead and profit under your control, a printable quote, proposal or PDF with your company name, license and contact on it, and a homeowner view without your internals. Permit plans are a sixth tool, drawn per set and quoted before any work; they are not part of the subscription. One subscription covers one company, on any device.

What beta means

Where your data lives

Your account, your company details and the estimates you save are kept on 10hub's servers so you can find them from any device; they are never shown to another account. Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted, and uploads are stored outside the public web root. The card goes to Stripe; 10hub never sees it. The privacy policy says what is kept, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Who is behind it

10hub is built and run by Esteban M., a former contractor and project manager, and is a product of Consilium Holdings. The terms of service and the estimate disclaimer are the agreement in full; this page is the plain-language version.
