Terms of service

What this is

10hub provides estimating software. You use it to produce budget figures for your own clients, under your own company name. We supply the tool; the numbers you send out, and the work you contract to do, are yours.

The estimates are yours, not ours

Every figure the tool produces is a preliminary budget approximation generated from the quantities and selections entered. It is not a quote, a bid, or a contract, and Consilium Holdings is not a party to any agreement between you and your client.

You are responsible for checking the numbers before you rely on them or show them to anyone. The shipped unit rates are a starting point — the kitchen scope has been reviewed line by line, the other project types have not — and you can change any of them. We do not warrant that any rate reflects current market pricing in your area. The estimate disclaimer forms part of these terms.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• One account is for one company. Do not resell access or share a login across firms.
• Give us accurate company details. They appear on estimates your clients see, and putting someone else's name or licence number on them is not something we can fix for you.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

Your clients' information

When you collect a homeowner's details through the tool, that relationship is between you and them. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect it and for handling it properly. We store and process it only to run the service, as set out in our privacy policy.

Paying for it

Access is sold as a subscription or a one-time purchase, at the prices shown when you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal fails, access continues for a short grace period and then stops. See refunds and cancellation.

Losing access never deletes your account. Your profile, company details and enquiries remain, and resume when you subscribe again.

What we don't promise

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Consilium Holdings is not liable for lost profits, lost business, or any indirect or consequential loss — including a job priced wrongly. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can stop at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to defraud, or is shared across companies — and where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

Changes, and which law applies

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Consilium Holdings is established.
